Hive is a unique board game created by John Yianni that sets itself apart by its boardless gameplay. Players strategically place pieces on the playing area to form the board, leading to an engaging and intense competition to capture the opposing Queen Bee.

In this enthralling game, soldier ants strive to maintain control on the outskirts of the hive, while Beetles ascend to dominate the top positions. Meanwhile, Spiders secure pivotal locations as Grasshoppers leap in for decisive maneuvers. Balancing surveillance of the hive and their adversaries' moves, players face escalating tension where a single misstep can swiftly lead to their Queen Bee's defeat, signaling the end of the game.
